Fountain Hills is our home base, and the majority of our weekly routes run here. Because our technicians are already in town every day, scheduling stays tight and a problem found on Tuesday does not wait for a truck dispatched from across the Valley. We service pebble, plaster, play pools, spas, and full water features, and we know what the local water does to them: heavy calcium at the waterline, scale on tile and heater elements, and a hard evaporation curve from May through September. Hillside lots collect palo verde litter and monsoon dust in a way flat lots do not, which is why filter cleanings here are scheduled by condition rather than by calendar.

Just over the McDowell Mountains from Fountain Hills, North Scottsdale is our second home market. We deliberately concentrate on the Shea corridor and north — a city this spread out punishes companies that try to cover all of it, and tight routes are what keep weekly visits consistent. A large share of these homes are seasonal, so a good deal of our Scottsdale work is caring for pools nobody is watching: keeping chemistry stable through a 110°F July, catching an equipment fault before it becomes a green pool, and handling gate access without the owner in town. Premium finishes matter here too — glass tile, travertine coping, and automated systems all scale differently than standard plaster.

East of I-51, north of Loop 101. Desert Ridge, the Tatum & Bell corridor, and Tatum Ranch. Includes the Cave Creek Road corridor inside Phoenix — not the Town of Cave Creek.
We serve the northeast corner of Phoenix — not the whole city. The boundary is practical: east of I-51 and north of Loop 101 keeps these homes inside the same drive radius as our Scottsdale routes, so they get the same weekly reliability rather than a route that runs long by Friday. Desert Ridge and Tatum Ranch are dense with 1990s and 2000s builds, which means a lot of pools now on their second or third pump and their first automation upgrade. That is a good share of what we do out here: variable-speed pump swaps, control board and heater repairs, and bringing older equipment pads back to something that will not cost a fortune to run.

Rio Verde, Rio Verde Foothills, and the surrounding areas.
Rio Verde is ten to fifteen minutes from our Fountain Hills base — closer than much of Scottsdale — and it is one of the areas where a local company genuinely beats a Valley-wide one. Lots are large, pools sit exposed to open desert, and wind-blown dust and debris load a filter faster than a walled suburban yard does. One local wrinkle worth flagging: many Rio Verde Foothills homes are on hauled water or a private well rather than a municipal line, which changes how a drain-and-fill or an acid wash has to be planned. Tell us your water situation when you call and we will schedule the work around it instead of discovering it on the day.
