Program Description
Sapphire Pools, LLC offers an SMS (text message) program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their pool service. Messages may include estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and responses to your inquiries.
Opt-In / Consent
You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by otherwise giving us express written or verbal consent. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your service needs.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Sapphire Pools does not charge for SMS messages.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer send you SMS messages. To rejoin, simply opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator, and message availability may vary by carrier.
